I’m running for Kane County Board District 20 to address the issues of overtaxed and overwhelmed residents and a lack of common-sense governance. My background includes fighting against tyrannical and corrupt governments, working as an interpreter and legal assistant, developing policies at Sherman Hospital to prevent misdiagnosis due to language barriers, and teaching English as a Second Language to immigrants at Elgin Community College. As a non-partisan Board Member, I aim to spend wisely on beneficial projects, ensure the Board listens to voters, fight against tyranny and corruption, and promote practical incentives over heavy-handed penalties.

I’m running because I care deeply about the needs of my neighbors and citizens, with a particular interest in our population’s mental health, especially the youth and the elderly.
In the aftermath of policies that heightened depression and hopelessness, I will support policies that Make Kane Sane.
